Plaça Catalunya refers to a major and exciting central square in the center of Barcelona. It is also considered to be the place where the old city and the 19th century, Eixample meet together.
Plaça Catalunya is also the place in which several important street and avenues meet including Rambla de Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia, Portal de l’Angel and Las Ramblas amongst several others.
